• Assess current business processes and identify areas for improvement and value creation
• Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and future operating models
• Develop comprehensive business cases to evaluate and drive strategic initiatives
• Facilitate workshops to capture requirements and align stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional teams and take responsibility for key project decisions
• Guide the implementation of business solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Continuously refine business strategies to respond to market dynamics
• Document business processes and proposed solutions clearly and effectively

• Deep knowledge in SAP Treasury modules, especially:
  • Advanced Payment Management (APM)
  • In-House Banking (IHC)
  • Intercompany Netting
  • Bank Communication Management (BCM)
  • Multi-Bank Connectivity
  • Liquidity Management in an S/4 HANA environment
• Master-level proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury & Risk Management (TRM)
• Strong experience in:
  • Business Model Strategy
  • Business Case Development
  • Value Architecture & Realization
  • Business Design
