ISO 27001 Implementation Lead (m/f/d)

Program Leadership

• Lead enterprise-wide ISO 27001 implementation activities.
• Drive project execution against aggressive certification timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders globally.

Governance & Compliance

• Review and operationalize ISO 27001 policies.
• Establish and document security controls.
• Ensure control ownership and accountability.
• Create evidence collection processes.

Security Controls Implementation

• Work with infrastructure, cloud, and product teams to implement required controls.
• Validate effectiveness of implemented controls.
• Track and report remediation progress.

Product Security Coordination

Support certification readiness for:

• DS Core
• SureSmile

Work with:

• Product Management
• Engineering Teams
• Security Teams
• Infrastructure Teams

Audit Preparation

• Prepare evidence repositories
• Conduct readiness assessments
• Support internal and external auditors
• Remediate certification gaps

Success Metrics (First 6-9 Months)

• ISO 27001 controls implemented and operational.
• Policies formally approved and adopted.
• Evidence repository established.
• Product teams aligned to certification requirements.
• Certification readiness achieved.
• Successful advancement toward ISO 27001 certification audit.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in information security, governance, risk, or compliance.
• Proven experience implementing ISO 27001 at enterprise scale.
• Experience leading certification programs in multinational organizations.
• Strong understanding of:
  • ISO 27001
  • Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
  • Security governance
  • Risk management
• Experience implementing:
  • Security controls
  • Policies and procedures
  • Evidence collection processes
• Ability to drive execution across technical and business teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
