Join our team in Friedrichshafen and support critical documentation and data management processes within the aerospace industry. In this role, you will ensure the quality, traceability and timely delivery of technical documentation while collaborating with multiple stakeholders across projects.
- Perform quality checks and formal reviews of technical documentation against templates, standards and project requirements.
- Review incoming document and data package deliveries, including export control and security classification checks.
- Coordinate and deliver documents and data packages to internal teams, suppliers and customers, including preparation of delivery records.
- Maintain documentation databases, ensuring completeness, traceability and data quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and provide support on PDM systems, documentation processes and project requirements.
- Minimum 1 year experience in documentation management, ideally within the aerospace or engineering sector.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and quality awareness.
- Knowledge of PDM systems (e.g. Windchill) and documentation tools such as Google Workspace or Confluence.
- Structured, process-oriented and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and coordination skills in a cross-functional environment in both English and German.
Additional Requirement
The position requires a security clearance under the Sicherheitsüberprüfungsgesetz (SÜG). Please note that such clearance is only available to citizens of EU countries.
