Configuration Manager (m/w/d)

Join our aerospace team in Hamburg and take ownership of Configuration Management and Engineering Change Management activities within an Airbus-related environment. You will ensure the integrity, traceability and successful implementation of product configurations throughout the entire lifecycle.

• Manage Configuration Management activities for Airbus-related aerospace projects.
• Coordinate engineering changes from assessment and approval through to implementation and closure.
• Ensure the quality, consistency and traceability of configuration baselines and technical documentation.
• Prepare and support Change Control Board (CCB) activities and coordinate cross-functional stakeholder inputs.
• Act as the central interface between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Program Management, Suppliers and Customers.

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
• Practical experience in Airbus Configuration Management, ideally within the A320 / Single Aisle (SA) environment.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management, Engineering Change Management and technical documentation processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills; German is an advantage.
