We are seeking an experienced SAP consultant (m/f/d) to join the Solution Architecture & Planning team.

Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. You will be expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across various teams. Advanced proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management is required.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Develop detailed documentation that outlines business processes and system specifications.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
