Cutover:
- Define, maintain, and execute the overall cutover strategy and detailed plans (L1-L4), including freeze periods, dual maintenance, blackout windows, ramp-down, and ramp-up activities.
- Coordinate go-live readiness across all streams and sites, ensuring alignment of cross-functional activities such as stock management and data migration.
- Lead cutover governance through status meetings, flash meetings, steering committee reviews, and Change Advisory Board preparation, including all required documentation.
- Manage and coordinate Business and Digital Cutover Captains across Manufacturing, Warehousing, Quality, Purchasing, Master Data, and Supply Planning.
- Define and monitor ramp-down/ramp-up criteria, track volume ramp-up performance, and ensure business continuity plans are approved and in place.
- Drive internal and external communication, proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations, and support programme leadership in delivering a successful go-live.
P2MF:
- Lead all Plan-to-Manufacture sub-streams and ensure all activities are planned, executed, and fully ready for go-live.
- Identify, document, and update manufacturing processes, procedures, and workflows while assessing organizational impacts and driving change management activities.
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identify process gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure business readiness.
- Lead end-to-end data migration activities, including data collection, cleansing, extraction, mapping, validation, and migration readiness.
- Develop and update SOPs, create training materials, train end users, manage system access, and ensure effective adoption of new processes.
- Manage key users across all P2MF areas, support go-live and hypercare, provide ongoing S/4HANA functional support, and contribute to audit readiness and future system releases.
