Aufgaben:
- Development of a project-specific and demand-oriented DMS concept (scope of application, types of documents, document classification, document filing structure, document templates, document designation, document control, DMS roles, processes for the creation/review/release/distribution of documents)
 - Development of requirements for the DMS of external partners (particularly suppliers), possibly negotiation of and alignment on interfaces, responsibilities, processes, tools, etc.
 - Creation of templates and tools for DMS (forms, lists/overviews for the registration of documents, etc.)
 - Creation of and alignment on a regular report on operational DMS
 - Creation of a plan for the as-built documentation and coordination with the relevant internal contact partners and suppliers (scope, structure, formalities, formats, deadlines, designation, filing structure, etc.)
 - Creation of a project-specific DMS guideline or a corresponding chapter for the project manual
 - Give training about the DMS concept (incl. tools), including creation of the required training documents (PowerPoint presentations, "how to" instructions, etc.)
 - Further development of the DMS concept in coordination with the core project team and the PMO, depending on the demands and requirements
