Test Engineer Flight Control and Management Systems (m/f/d)

• Developing and maintaining the Integration & Verification Plan (IVP) for L2 and L3, defining verification strategies and assigning Means of Compliance (MoC) to system requirements in DOORS will be a key part of your role
• You support the design and validation of test benches and perform system-level as well as hardware/software integration tests
• Developing executable test procedures based on equipment integration requirements and carrying out tests on test rigs, including the analysis of results and signal behavior, will be part of your daily tasks
• You create, maintain and review comprehensive test documentation, including detailed test procedures, test reports, problem/issue logs and verification records, ensuring full traceability to requirements and alignment with internal quality standards
• You contribute to continuous improvement by maintaining internal macros/scripts and taking over coordination responsibilities within your domain

• You have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or in a related field and you should have several years of professional experience in project management or sub-project management, including experience in an international environment
• You maintain solid experience with SCADE model-based testing and model coverage analysis, DOORS for requirements traceability and verification matrix creation and you have strong Python and GIT/Bitbucket skills for version control and change management would be ideal
• Proven knowledge in the field of flight control systems and a good understanding of the verification process according to the Aerospace standards
• You are a proactive and flexible team player with strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, thriving in international team environments
• You should have excellent communication skills in English and good skills in German, both written and spoken
