Flight Control Design Engineer (f/m/d)

• Conduct all tasks related to flight control law design and assessment for manned and unmanned aircraft
• Prepare flight dynamics models
• Perform linear feedback and command path design
• Execute non‑linear and care‑free handling design
• Conduct unit testing of control law elements
• Assess design solutions in both time and frequency domains
• Perform manned simulations
• Document design solutions and assessment outcomes
• Support other departments (e.g., Simulation, Flight Test) with flight control law topics

• Master's degree or Diploma in Aerospace Engineering
• At least 2 years of engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of flight control, flight mechanics, and control law design
• English at negotiation level; German skills are an advantage
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink is required
• Programming skills preferred in Fortran, C, or Python
